Blow Molded

These cases are tough. They can take a serious about of abuse and still protect items on the inside. This high density plastic makes means that they are scratch resistant and strong structurally. While black is standard, custom colors are available. Automatic pressure release valve, comfort handles and an air and water tight seal are standard. Other options include rugged wheels and retractable handles.

Injection Molded

RCC makes tough, great looking injection molded cases in a variety of colors. They’re tough enough to protect against the bumps and scratches of daily use while also providing creature comforts like a large gripping area and large sliding locks that make them easy to use. In addition, our cases can be further customized with foam interior, graphics and case color.

Roto Molded

In the rotational molding process, parts that are normally created separately, can be molded as one part. This eliminates costly production steps along the way. This production process allows for more consistent thickness, the addition of reinforcing ribs if required and stronger outside corners. The overall process allows the creators more options. Options can include materials that meet government specs and special additives that create weather resistance, flame retardant or static free products.
